The Registrar of Companies has announced a further extension of the deadline for re-submission of the UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) data through the Final Solution System. The extension was considered necessary as many companies had reported technical issues of the system.
It is noted that the extension applies to all companies that have already registered the UBO data through the Interim Solution system. After 31.03.2024, fines and criminal charges will be imposed for no compliance.
